Miss Lim is a South African based pageant competition that aims to highlight the beauty & power of women, and strives to produce role models within our communities. LIM which stands for Leaders Ignite & Manifest was inspired by the modern days of our lives whereby we see women in power, women leading, women holding higher positions in big companies, women embracing their skin, women being the real pillars of strength in many families, unlike in the past when only men were in charge and dominating the work industry.It’s within Miss Lim’s missions to encourage young girls to always Manifest positive things into their lives. Purpose directs passion, and passion Ignites purpose.

Our first ever Miss Lim competition was hosted on the 25th of June 2022 in Bloemfontein Ramblers Club. Each year we select the province to host our FINALE based on number of models from each province; meaning the FINALE can literally be hosted anywhere in South Africa. We are also taking into consideration places or provinces with better and convenient facilities.
Our 2022 WINNERS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
1ST POSITION: NKHENSANI SHAI 2ND POSITION: THERRON SHIKHIBANA 3RD POSITION: MATHABO KOLOTI
Our competition caters for anyone from the age of 18 years up to the age of 25 years. There will be 1 winner and 2 runners up, and the cash prizes will be awarded as follows:First position: R40 000, our 2nd position: R20 000, and lastly our 3rd position: R10 000. Our cash prizes were influenced by the high rate of unemployment in our country. Our goal is not just to produce queens but also change the life of that queen. Another inspiration towards these prizes arose from the realization that some of the ladies entering the competition are still in school, either secondary school or tertiary school, therefore the money should be enough to pay for registration fees, buy books, and pay school fees for the whole year. Other than that we also wanted the money to be enough and able to change the backgrounds of these individuals, as we all know that we come from different backgrounds.For individual who are business minded or have business inventions, this money can help them start or continue with their businesses. This competition will be taking place annually, therefore we are looking at the prizes to change every year depending on our sponsors, but hopefully change for the better.
